For Joints Only
Take 15ml of the treatment and add 500ml of water then soak only your joints in the solution for 1 hour. Then use our Hammam Exfoliating Gloves to wash your hands with our soap BEAUTIFUL NUBIAN
Once the sticky part is completely cleaned
Dry your joints then apply our hand and foot cream 2-3 times a day to hydrate the skin.
For Hands-Only

For Hands And Feet
Take half of the treatment and add 2-3 liters of water. Soak hands and feet in the solution for 1 hour. Then use our Exfoliating Hammam Gloves to wash your hands and feet with our BEAUTIFUL NUBIAN soap
Once the sticky part is completely cleaned
Dry your hand and feet then apply our hand and foot cream 2- 3 times a day to moisturize the skin.
Repeat this treatment 2-3 times per week until desired results appear.
